Teacher Portal Attendance - a date shows Non School Day but the Class Calendar and the Calendar are not marked as a Non School Day.

Environment

• School Options includes multiple Tracks

Cause

One or more of the Track Calendars has the date marked as a Track Holiday. 

Resolution

1. For the Section getting this message, check to see which Track they are on

• The Track is listed on the Master Schedule > Section or on the Section list of students.

2. Navigate to the Calendar

• Choose the Month where the Day shows as Non School Day on the Teacher Portal Attendance Page.  

3. Change the Attendance Track from blank (default) to the Track listed for the section/students.  

Remove the erroneous *Track Vacation as necessary
