Once the Scheduling Results have been copied to SEC & MST, if the Classes are not visible, this usually means the Y Term, (Year-long term) was not manually selected. This Term is not selected by default.  


Step 1: Activate the Scheduling Tables again

  • Navigate to Scheduling Process > Configurations > Scheduling Setup 
  • In Scheduling Status, select Scheduling students into classes for the current school year

Step 2: Copy Scheduling Results to SEC & MST

  • Navigate to Scheduling Process > Functions > Copy Scheduling Results to SEC & MST 
  • Select Year-long Classes along with all other applicable terms
  • Enter the appropriate Course Attendance Start date
  • Click Run Process
