Attendance Notification - For districts using Aeries Communications through ParentSquare, the Attendance Notification Preference field was enabled. Contacts can now be configured to allow or disallow Attendance Notifications within the Contacts page. See Aeries Communications - ParentSquare Initial Configuration.
The import process for the STAAR 3-8 test results has been updated to allow importing the scores for the school year 2021-22. Also, the import will now save the Student Portal Unique Access Code in the ESI table and the new "Auto Text-To-Speech" accommodation.
The import process for the STAAR Alt 2 3-8 test results has been updated to allow importing the scores for the school year 2021-22. Also, the import will now save the Student Portal Unique Access Code in the ESI table.
Issues Resolved:
Hourly Attendance Report (Continuation) - The Hours Credited were calculated incorrectly for schools that used blockscheduling and non-sequential periods and enabled the Use Bell Schedule for Passing option, fixed. See Alternative School Configuration.
Attendance History Config - For California users, the process did not properly count the periods for schools with negative attendance using period attendance. fixed.
Texas State Reporting (Summer PEIMS) - The counts for Bilingual/ESL program attendance had the potential to be duplicated for students whose Bilingual/ESL funding type changed in the middle of a reporting period, fixed.
School Options - For Texas users, the Default Bell Schedule widget displayed the "Invalid Bell Schedule" message when periods were not in chronological order, fixed. The Instructional Time calculations are now based on the start and end times rather than the period.
