I have had reports of Attendance not saving and sections being duplicated on Attendance today, too. Could that be related?
Workaround: On the School Options > Default Bell Schedule, ensure that there is at least one complete BEL record for each period that is used in MST. The Start Time and End Time must be populated.
Thank you for the workaround. However, our elementary schools are using Elem w/MST, attendance period 1, and we have the period 1 start and end time defined in Default Bell Schedule -- For example, school 135 and 126, they both reported the attendance issues today.
My high school with period attendance is having issues, too! I double checked the bell and block schedulers, and they're set up correctly. I've included a photo of what the teachers are seeing:

Hello,
Our default bell schedules are populated for all our schools and they have been since the beginning of the year. I have heard from two different schools so far that they are experiencing issues in Attendance. Specifically, teachers are "submitting" attendance but it is not showing that attendance has been submitted on the attendance submission log.
We have same issue that Heather described above.

Can we get an update or ETA? Our sites are unable to successfully submit attendance which is an audit issue and more importantly, it is a safety issue. The Bell schedule work around is not valid so currently, we are a little "dead in the water" for attendance.

Fixed - This issue has been resolved and is being released in the 04/01/2022 web update.
Known Issue - The following error is generating when teachers are accessing the Attendance page as of the 3/31/2022 update:
