Aeries Down

Every morning for over two weeks, Aeries is down.

We rely on Aeries for Attendance, and to track students illnesses (like Covid).

When are you going to get this fixed?

It's beyond annoying!

Thank you for your message.  We appreciate your patience.  

We understand how much these interruptions impact your staff's ability to do their work. Our team of DBAs and Cloud Experts have been assessing the day's events and actively putting a resolution in place to address the current problem. As of this writing, the issues have already been resolved and all systems have recovered.

Nevertheless, we are taking these issues seriously and continuing to proactively work on ways to prevent further interruption.

I hope you don't consider this fixed, as it is extremely slow.

All 6 of our school sites are experiencing this error


This is extremely frustrating for our staff. We are down to paper attendance and emergency cards. None of my staff have been successful in getting much done in Aeries today. Whatever repair has been made is not working.

If Aeries has a know issue... it would be helpful if Aeries sent a message to clients about this problem so that they don't spend time trying to troubleshoot within their own networks. 

Yes, or we could plan ahead to have attendance taken manually

Hello All - the issues are reported to where updates are being posted on a regular basis.  That being said, most of the issues have been mitigated today and while some districts are still experiencing problems, we anticipate that a solution would be in place very soon.
