Is this fixed now?
As mentioned in the Issue, this has to do with the TLS 1.2 Security protocols. For sites running Server 2012R2 and older they do not have the necessary protocols to be fully compatible with TLS 1.2. Aeries Support can help them restore communications with ParentSquare. The fix for this would be for those sites to upgrade their servers.
UPDATE: This issue has been resolved for all Hosted Customers. If you are a self-hosted customer and are experiencing issues with your Attendance Notification templates, please contact Support for help.
Apparently a recent change from TLS 1.0 to TLS 1.2 to enhance secure communications for our ParentSquare customers can cause connection issues when attempting to access/edit Attendance Notification templates. We are aware of this problem and are working closely with ParentSquare on a solution.
