Hi We are getting this error. Brandon logged into our server and thought it could be related to our schannel errors we were getting. So he made some changes in the server and is still getting that error
The Electronic Score Report Processor failed to complete today at 5/19/2021 12:06:32 AM.
We also tried renewing the key under the third party section in the web app, and the error is still coming through.
We are also getting this same error (5/24/2021). We run the process on Monday mornings at 5:00 and I have renewed the credentials via TOMs and the 3rd Party Connection but it is failing when I try to resync the data manually.
