As of the Aeries Web 4/15 update, users are unable to log into the Aeries portal, Parent/Student portal, Aeries Mobile Portal and Aeries Teacher app. This is only affecting districts using Google credentials.
Programming is working on a fix and we will update this post as soon as it is released. Thank you.
Known Issue Update: This issue is only affecting the ability to log into the Parent/Student Portal app and the Teacher app using Google credentials. The ability to sign on to the web version is OK.
Update: A fix for this issue has been released in the 04/16/2021 update. Here is the Revision Note:
Aeries Mobile API - The features that were released in the Aeries Web v.9.21.4.15 for the upcoming Aeries Student app had an issue that prevented Google users from logging into the Aeries Teacher and Aeries Mobile Portal apps, fixed.
