Since the 3/19/update, some users are getting an error when searching by SSID. Programming is aware of this issue and is working on a fix.
We have created an AeriesIdea Bug Item for this issue. If customers are also experiencing this issue, they can add themselves to this item so they will receive a personalized email when it is resolved.
