Load Grades From Gradebook	The Secondary Standards Based load process was not working since the 9/15 update, fixed.
Grades by Teacher	Secondary Standard Based Grades were not able to be updated or edited since the 9/15 update, fixed.
Teacher Grades	Secondary Standard Based Grades were not able to be updated or edited since the 9/15 update, fixed.
Texas State Reporting	The Staff Interchange extract for PEIMS Fall 1 and for the TSDS Core Collections now honors the State Reporting flag for Section Staff.
CALPADS Extracts	The SINF extract was not properly extracting the Alias First Name / Alias Last Name, if one of them was not populated since the 9/15 update, fixed.
