Known Issues:

As of the 9/15/2020 update, the following issues have been reported:

  • Grade Report Cards - This report is generating an error and fails to print when sorting by Teacher.  The other sort options are working correctly: Name, Grade and Zip Code

  • Load Grades from Gradebook for Secondary Standard Based Grades (GRS table) - an error is displaying when loading gradebooks for Secondary Standard Based Grades.   Loading grades for Regular Grade reporting (GRD table) and Standard Based Grades (SBG table) are working correctly.

Programming is working on these issues now and we will ship an update ASAP.

Hi Flaviola,

Can submit a ticket with the details and I will check it out?

Thank you!

Hi Flaviola,

To follow-up on your ticket, removing the grade range on the Grade Reporting Options page, Secondary SBG Reporting Options section, will allow teachers to load from Gradebook to Grade Reporting (GRD).  The grade ranges were populated in error in this school where you did not want to use Secondary Standard Based Grades.

Populating those grade fields triggers Secondary Standard Based Grades (GRS).

But we will be shipping the fix today for the schools that are using Secondary Standard Based Grades (GRS).
