Changes in Support.aeries.com Knowledge Base to Support Multi-State Documentation

Changes have been made to the Support.aeries.com Knowledge Base to support "State" specific documentation.

Categories, folders, and articles can be designated as "State" specific. This will allow information to be viewed only by customers with a state selected. Until a state is selected by a user, all articles will be available.

Note:  Selecting a state is not required.

You will be able to select a state from a drop down at the top of the page when first accessing Support.aeries.com. Once a state is selected, categories, folders, and articles tagged with the state will display, along with documents that apply to ALL states.

Your state selection will be saved in the browser cache for subsequent logins, it is not based on the Support.aeries.com logins.

Once a state is selected, the following message will display:

A drop down is available at the bottom of any page to change the state selection:

The Search feature will still search and display all documentation and will allow access to information for other states. A warning message will display when an article is opened:

Please contact the Support department with any questions.
