Hi Maggie,
I do not really recommend our Admin to use the Seniors Lacking Credit. We have them use the Grad/College Readiness Dasboard, as long as it is being used to its full potential. The dashboard can provide information for specific subject areas.
I also have the following queries that they can use to obtain students that are missing specific subjects.
Maybe these will work for you in the meantime. This is based on courses enrolled, courses completed and planned courses.
The first one is for a specific subject and grade level, if they are missing credits. This should match the dashboard.
LIST STU HSG STU.ID STU.NM STU.GR STU.TP STU.CA STU.CC HSG.CD HSG.CD? HSG.RQ HSG.CM HSG.CU HSG.PL HSG.CUN HSG.PLN STU.QUC STU.QCS IF HSG.CUN > 0.0000 AND STU.GR = 10 AND HSG.CD = H
This is for 12th graders who are missing credits and are not planned or currently enrolled. This should match the dashboard.
LIST STU HSG STU.ID STU.NM STU.GR STU.TP STU.CA STU.CC HSG.CD HSG.CD? HSG.RQ HSG.CM HSG.CU HSG.PL HSG.CUN HSG.PLN STU.QUC STU.QCS IF HSG.CUN > 0.0000 AND STU.GR = 12
Hopefully this information is useful. Have a nice day!

I would love to see this updated to be more robust. Instead of including gender (which is not info necessary for graduation), I would like to see a column that indicates credits enrolled. It would also be nice to be able to select grade levels and the number of credits to look for. For example - to be able to select the subject area and be able to enter the credits - so a grade 10 student in the fall should have 10 credits from their freshmen year. I would like to enter 10 as the max and have all grade 10 students with fewer listed.
Yes, this can be done in query, or with the grad status dashboard but why go through the effort? A report just makes more sense. Then my admins and auxiliary staff who do not use query can get meaningful information quickly.
