Update: This issue was fixed with the 11/4 update.
Cannot add IB tests to the Things to Print (TTP) tab of the Transcription Definitions page. When choosing the item to come from the CTS table with the name of IB, no SubTest1 selection is available. This is also true if you try editing an existing IB test listing. Programming is looking at the issue. The only workaround at this time would be to try adding them via SQL.
