Is this for hosted Aeries?
This issue would affect all customers whether they are hosted by Aeries or they are self-hosted.
This issue has been resolved with the 8/9/2019 version of Aeries, and installing this updating will resolve this issue. In the case of Aeries Hosting customers, our staff will install the necessary updates.
The Initialize ATT/CAR process for some districts has been reported to take hours instead of minutes. This has been particularly noticeable in larger schools or districts. Adjustments have been made to make this process perform much faster, processing even the largest districts in less than 1 hour.
This fix/enhancement will be released in our next update, likely today.
