Known Issue - Some users unable to change years after logging in - Fixed 7/30/2019

Since the 7/26/2019 version of Aeries, some customers have been unable to change database years via the year dropdown at the top of the login page. No dropdown list of years would be displayed.

This issue occurs when the logged in user account's Staff ID does not have a TCH record. This should not normally be required except for teachers.

Programming is aware of this issue, and has fixed the issue, and it is currently being tested. We plan to release this fix early this week as soon as it's ready.

As a workaround, users can change school years by selecting the year from the login page. Below is a video illustrating how to change school years with this workaround:
