We will be adding a new SELA Extract for TBD Students based on the information detailed in the CALPADS Update Flash #138 (see attached).  

The new SELA TBD extract will allow  TBD – "To be Determined" records to be extracted for students with no enrollment, when run from the 2018/2019 database.  

A Test (TST) record will need to be entered for applicable students with the date of the ELPAC test date.  This date will be included in the SELA TBD file.

The SELA TBD file will only include students with primary language other than English or American Sign Language.

This change is in development and should be available in the update released on Friday, July 13th.  More information will be available at that time.

In the 7/13/2018 update, a new SELA TBD extract has been added under the Identifiers tab for summer ELPAC testing.
