Yes we have since 2016 and it is a popular item for our parents and students.  It must be my phone as Judy has RCH on her screen.  Any recommendations for phone specific issues?   I took the most recent update through the app store.

Hi Jill,

Has Capistrano USD previously shared Report Card History with parents and students? The Parent/Student Portal Group(s) would need permissions to read Report Card History within security. Also, schools have to create the RCH records.

Here is the documentation for that: https://support.aeries.com/support/solutions/articles/14000080410-report-card-history

If you can confirm that those are already in place, we can look further into why this is not showing up for you.

Thank you,

Brent Lloyd

My mobile app is Version 1.0.5

The portal version is 8.18.5.18

Report Card History does not show under any of my students
