Updated Information (10/10/2018): Aeries recently participated in a Vendor Meeting with ETS to discuss the implementation of the CAASPP Electronic Student Score Report. Based on the results of the Phase I implementation and feedback from the pilot districts ETS is working on a few modifications to the process that includes protocol for LEAs to establish Electronic Reporting Credentials in TOMS. Over the next several months SIS vendors will be working with ETS to test this new credential process. ETS is expecting that LEAs will be able to create production credentials sometime on or soon after February 2019.
Is the ETS still planned for/around February?
Do we know when the Admin user types will automatically have the CAASPP Paperless Scores node in the navigation tree in Aeries?
Updated Information (02/08/2019): ETS has announced that the Electronic Reporting production environment will be available near mid February 2019. Aeries will be testing the electronic score reporting system on the live production environment prior to releasing the page to our customers, so the Electronic Score Report page will be available in an Aeries update shortly after the ETS production environment opens.
How are we to provide the user name and secret key to Aeries securely?
Hi Michelle,

Updated Information (02/19/2019): The State Electronic Test Scores Reports has been made available to all customers with the 2/19/2019 Aeries Web update.
CDE has released a letter to the county and district Superintendents and Charter School Administrators outlining the transition to electronic student score reports (SSRs) for the CAASPP tests. For the last several months Aeries has been working with the TOMS development team and several other SIS vendors and LEA's to create an interface between the SIS system and the TOMS site. Using this interface users (staff, teachers, parents and students) with the appropriate permission set will be able to view and download or print student score reports one student at a time.
CDE is planning a three-year transition for the electronic score report as outlined below:
We are currently in Phase 1 (Pilot). Three districts in Aeries have been approved by CDE to pilot the electronic student score reports for the 2017-18 CAASPP testing administration. Since piloting the system requires extra set up for TOMS we do not require any additional volunteers to pilot the system, but we do appreciate all of the districts willing to participate.
During Phase 2 (Initial Implementation) CDE and ETS will work with all LEA's to implement the electronic technology solution for the 2018-19 CAASPP testing administration. Sometime during the 2018-19 school year we will open up the CAASPP Paperless Scores node to all districts and work with them to set up the fields to enable the process.
