Can I use Enrollment Exit Reason 440 when I change a student from Primary to Secondary enrollment at the same school? 

Currently, the workaround is to use an exit code 160 or "Transfer to another school." Aeries will convert the 440 code to E150 for CALPADS. CALPADS identifies this as a Mid-Year Enrollment Update. However, when changing the enrollment status from Secondary to Primary or vice versa, CALPADS requires an exit code of E160. This is because the student is ending their current enrollment status and starting a new one at a California Public School, even if the school remains the same.
