Why is my CRSE/CRSC Extract pulling records with no Course Code? 

Check your Code Translations on the CALPADS Extracts page in Aeries. 

This is the default setup with no code translations for the State Course Code. Since the Aeries code and the CALPADS code are 1-to-1 translations, there is no need to set up State Course Code translations. 

If your LEA has opted to populate this Code Set, be sure to add the appropriate CALPADS State Course code. The table below as populated will result in blank course numbers in the extract for the Local Codes listed with blanks in the CALPADS translation.
