When printing a suspension letter for a student with a valid suspension record, the letter does not print and an error displays 

Cause

The Assertive Discipline record for the student has blank or invalid dates in the Administrative Decision area of the record.

Resolution

Populate the Start, End and Return Date fields with valid dates that are within the current school year. A valid date is one that is an active school day in the school year Calendar.
