How to import Summer School Course Requests using a spreadsheet and Import Data to Aeries

Step 1: Navigate to School Info > Imports and Exports > Import Data to Aeries

Step 2: Upload Source File - Add the spreadsheet using the Choose a file or Drag method

Step 3: Choose Destination Table = SSR

Step 4: Mapping Fields - At a minimum, map Student ID, Summer School Code, Summer School Term, and Course Number

Step 5: Select option for records that encounter a primary key match, as well as whether to include inactive students/schools or exclude them.

Step 6:  Click Import "x" Rows
