All courses offered at summer school MUST be setup in the CRS table. Elementary schools must also setup a course for the classes being offered for each grade, for example, Grade 1 would be the course name for a 1st grade class.

From the Course Data form click the mouse on the Add button to add a new course. Enter all necessary information and press Enter to save.

  • Summer school courses for Secondary schools are setup with the same information as the regular course.
  • Secondary schools must also have the summer school courses setup in the regular school database for transcripts.
  • Summer school courses for Elementary schools should be setup for each grade level, as well as any other class offered, for example, Fun with Insects.
