Create a Calendar

From the Control Panel, click the mouse on the School Calendar button and the following message will display. Click the mouse on the Yes button.



The following text box will display. The starting date will be the first day of the attendance month being created.



The program will use today’s date for the starting date. To change this date, type the date for the first Monday of the month. Click the mouse on the OK button and a calendar will be created with the first month.


The first day of each month MUST always be a Monday. Also, if a session ends in the middle of a month it is suggested, that additional weeks are added to the first month. This will force the first session to be completed at the end of the month.



Add an Attendance Month

Click the mouse on the Add button to add an attendance month. The following text box will display and will use the date from the preceding month to determine the first Monday of the new month.



To change the date, enter a date in the text box. Click the mouse on the OK button to create the new month. After all attendance months are created click the mouse on Exit to save the Calendar


Add Non-School Days and Holidays

 From the Control Panel click the mouse on the Calendar button. Click the mouse on Change and flag the dates that are non-school days or holidays. When complete, click the mouse on Exit to save the changes made to the calendar.
