In “Student Scheduling for Next Year - Building the Scheduling Master Schedule,” participants gain an in-depth understanding of the procedures, pages, and reports required for successfully building a master schedule for the upcoming school year. With a focus on Flex Scheduling, participants will learn how to use the Scheduling Dashboard as a resource for the scheduling process.
Session Content
In this session, participants will:
Comprehend the process for setting up scheduling tables for the future term master schedule
Learn effective methods for collecting and entering course requests for the master schedule
Discover the process of adding, editing, copying, and changing sections in the scheduling master schedule
Recognize and select appropriate reports to guide the master schedule building, modifying, and finalizing process
Acquire knowledge regarding the importance of creating a well-organized, planned, and efficiently built master schedule for the next school year
