Why can't I find my school / district when I first start the app?

This isn't a problem with the app, but rather your district's instance of Aeries. 

If you're unable to find your school site and/or district in the initial search screen, it's likely that they haven't yet made the technical change necessary to set it up to work with Mobile Portal. Unfortunately, this is not within Aeries' power to control, as the back-end change can only be performed by IT personnel managing the school's instance of Aeries.

Please contact your district / school site for more information about when the app will be available for you to use.
