Aeries Software is committed to supporting a wide range of environments. These specifications should be used as a general guide. Web Browsers

Aeries works best on the latest version of modern Internet web browsers on any operating system that the browser supports. Chromebooks are supported.

Minimum screen resolution: 1024x768. JavaScript and Cookies must be enabled. Browser extensions, plugins, and browser auto-fill should be used with caution.

Mobile Apps

Aeries maintains Aeries Emergency App (EM2) which is used by staff for offline access to student data and the Aeries Mobile Portal app used by parents and students. These apps are compatible with both Apple iOS and Android mobile devices.

SQL Server Versions

For customers maintaining their own SQL server, below is a list of known Microsoft SQL Server versions. 32-bit and 64-bit versions are supported, however, 64-bit is recommended.

Server Operating Systems

For customers maintaining their own server infrastructure, below is a list of known operating systems for use by Aeries Web or Aeries Reporting servers, as well as the status as to whether they are supported or not. Aeries runs only on Microsoft Server operating systems. For supported servers, we support the latest updated version of the following operating systems.

Microsoft Office Versions

The legacy Aeries CS (Client Server) runs in Microsoft Access (32-bit only). The following Microsoft Office versions are supported by Aeries Web (32 or 64 bit).

Aeries Networking Requirements
