Overview

Navigate to Reports > Attendance > Attendance Submission Log.

The Attendance Submission Log page will display teachers who have taken attendance in their classes as well as missing attendance. In a secondary school, the Attendance Submission Log will load with the period range set to coincide with the current period from the Bell Schedule and will default to the current day.

The data is from the Attendance Submission Log tables, (ASL) for non-flex schools and CAS for flex schools.

Secondary School Options

The data displayed in this secondary school includes the Teacher Number, Teacher Name, Attendance Date, Submission Date, Period, Course ID, Course Title, Section #, Days of the Week, and Room Number.

Elementary or Elementary with MST School Options

The data displayed in the elementary schools include Teacher Number, Teacher Name, Attendance Date, Room and Submission Date.

NOTE: Teachers must have the Electronic Tag field in their Teacher Record set to D or G for them to populate on this report.

Flex Period School Options

Flex Period Schools will display with the Flex Period, Course Number, Course Title and Section. When the page is loaded by default, the Start Date and End Date will reflect the current day. The date range can be adjusted as needed. A Time Range filter is available that allows the page to display periods that fall within a specific time range. The Start Time will default to the earliest Start Time according to the FTF table. The End Time will default to the latest End time according to the FTF table. Only missing attendance records will display when the page is loaded by default.

To filter for a time range, change the Start Time and End Time to a desired time, then select the refresh icon. For example, enter 9:00 AM for the Start Time and 10:00 AM for the End Time to capture all records for periods that fall anywhere within this time range. In this example, P2 has a start time of 8:55 AM and ends at 9:45 AM. Using these start and end times, this period will be included on the page as a filtered time range.

Flex Daily School Options

For Flex Daily Schools, the section and period information does not display. Only the Start Date and End Date filters are available.
