The Graduation Status Report By Student can be found in View All Reports. This report is very beneficial in tracking a student’s graduation status. The report contains the graduation status of a student or specific grade range of students along with Competency test results, Algebra 1 status, and Physical Fitness status printed at the bottom.  

The Print 12^th Graders Lacking Credit for Graduation option will print out a Graduation Status report for every 12^th grade student that is not on track to graduate.

The Graduation Status Letter to Parents is a letter that can be sent to parents to inform them of their student's progress toward graduation. The upper and lower body of the letter can have customized text by clicking on the Letter Editor button and modifying the text.

Select the Change button to edit the text in the letter. Select the Print Letter button to print the Graduation Status Letters.
