This error occurs because the student data that is being sent to CALPADS doesn't match the data that CALPADS already has.

Resolution: 

Determine the Student Information (SINF) file error:  gender code, date of birth, or legal name.  The error indicates that the field does not match the latest Student Information (SINF) file record in CALPADS.  Once identified, update the data accordingly.
