The values that can be submitted in a field must be recognized by CALPADS as one of a set of values that are valid for the field. The submitted file contains values that are not valid.
Things to check for in submission: Verify that the fields listed in the Fields Validated column are included in the submitted file
This error occurs because a code submitted was not a valid code in the CALPADS Code Sets.
Resolution:
Use the Code Translations tab in CALPADS Extracts to cross-reference EVERY code used in Aeries.
Another way to find data that may cause these errors is to run the Student Data Audit Report
selecting the validation for CALPADS Data.
