New Features

• OneRoster v1.1 API - Multiple endpoints have been adjusted to match the OneRoster v1.1 Final Specification.

  • Get Users - The enabledUser data element now returns a string value of “true” or “false” instead a boolean true or false.

  • Get Schools - The root data element has been changed from schools to  orgs. Also the district record has been removed from the result payload as well as the children data element.

  • Get Terms - The root data element has been changed from terms to academicSessions.

  • Get Academic Sessions - The type data element has been adjusted to match the OneRoster v1.1 Final Specification.

  • Get Demographics - All the race data elements have been changed to a string value of “true” or “false” instead a boolean true or false.

  • Get Line Items - The assignDate and dueDate data elements have been adjusted to return the correct format listed in the OneRoster v1.1 Final Specification.

  • Get Grading Periods - The data structure has been adjusted to match the OneRoster v.1.1 Final Specification.

  • The root data element has been changed from students/teachers to users in the following endpoints: Get Students for Class, Get Students for Class in School, Get Students for School, Get Teachers for Class, Get Teachers for School, Get Teachers for Class in School.

Texas Specific

• Threshold Grade Report

  • The report was added allowing users to generate an A honor roll, A/B honor roll, B honor roll or failure list according to the specified numeric low grade and high grade thresholds and non-numeric marks. The data is based on Grade Reporting Data table (GRD).  The report includes the student name, grade level, marks, and course data according to options selected. See Texas - Threshold Grade Report.

Issues Resolved

• Standards Based Missing Mark Listing Report - The teacher name was not correct in the report heading on page breaks, fixed. 

• Period Absence Audit Report

  • The Print Verification Checks option has been re-enabled after an issue was identified and the option was disabled in the 12/15/22 update, fixed.  See Period Absence Audit Report. 

  • In some cases the report contained duplicate student entries when multiple Limit Period Codes options were selected, fixed.

• SBG Report Card - The Achievement heading was misspelled in the explanation section of Spanish report cards, fixed. 

I'm not seeing any issue printing this report on the latest version 2.16. I was able to print the report in various school types, secondary, flex and elementary schools. If you are still not able to print it, I suggest putting in a ticket.
