TRUE	PRE		Drop and re-add the PRE table to be used for Texas Assessment Precode Accommodations. This table was previously used for the STAR Pre-Identification Form in Aeries Client but has not been in use since 2013. For any databases found with existing data in the PRE table, the data will be moved to a new table called PRESTAR.
TRUE	LAV		New Language Acquisition Services (LAV) table for use in Texas.

FALSE	CON	ELV	Added Education Level (ELV) to the Contacts (CON) table. Also added Insert Date (IDT), Insert User ID (IUI), Insert User Name (IUN), Update User ID (UUI), and Update User Name (UUN). This update will copy existing user-defined COD and XRF values for Parental Education Level from STU.PED to CON.ELV for use with the new Education Level field.
FALSE	PGM	PYB	Added Prior Year Bilingual / ESL Summer (PYB) to the Special Program Details (PGM) table for use in Texas.
FALSE	POP		This update will create default Portal Option (POP) records for the new "Attendance to be Taken (Marked as Complete) by Section" option if the "Lock Teacher Attendance for a class after the teacher clicks the 'Attendance Complete' button" is selected.

Erin,

That field is designed to be used for parent/guardian records for all students, not just new students. By next year customers will need to extract separate Education Levels for their guardian records, so this will be coming from the CON table.. By adding this field now, our customers will have more time to gather data and enter it. We will be changing the Parent Data Confirmation process to allow collecting this info for Parent/Guardian records and have the parents themselves do the data entry.

Added Education Level (ELV) to the Contacts (CON) table. Also added Insert Date (IDT), Insert User ID (IUI), Insert User Name (IUN), Update User ID (UUI), and Update User Name (UUN). This update will copy existing user-defined COD and XRF values for Parental Education Level from STU.PED to CON.ELV for use with the new Education Level field.

Can I ask if its just for NEWLY Added students as I can still edit those who were already entered into Aeries prior to 1/29.
