Some users are experiencing issues with OneRoster API connectivity. Perhaps due to recent Windows updates, OneRoster URL is enforcing case sensitivity. Updating the URL in Aeries to match that of Internet Information Services (IIS) will resolve it.
Example 1: If the name of your website in IIS is Aeries (with a capital A), make sure the case is the same in the OneRoster Settings section of School Options:
Example 2: Similarly, if the name of your website in IIS is ParentPortal (with capital P's):
