Known Issue - Importing CAASPP 2017-2018 Student Results - Fixed 7/27/2018

7/19/2018 - Updated Information: Thank you to everyone that has been willing to share their 2017-18 CAASPP Student Test Results with us to aid in testing the update. We have sufficient small and medium-size data files to test with, but we could use a large data file with upwards of 20,000 records. 


Programming is working on updating the Import Test Results screen in Aeries Web to include the 2017-18 Student Data File Layout. When you receive your student data files with the final results if you wish to assist us in our testing process please contact us at support@aeries.com and we will provide information on where to send your database and the 2017-18 CAASPP Test Results data file (CSV and DAT file types that include all schools and all grade levels not the XLS or CSV files that are separated by grade level, please).


We have also created a programming request that you can be added to so that you will be notified when this update is released:

Has this been fixed as of 7/27/2018? we get "Unhandled exception error" when we try to import
